For refund Money will be returned to bank accounts or will be converted into gift card as customer wants in 4-5 bussines days.

All cancellation requests must be received before the order has been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, you can request for a refund or replacement based on our refund/exchange policy. Alternatively, you may refuse the order at the time of delivery. We will not be able to offer cancellations if the order has been shipped.
